Your instructors Shawn and Jeff Holmes:
We are partners in life and work and with humor and sensitivity will guide you through Six Weeks of Mindfulness Meditation*. Shawn and Jeff have over 300 hours of training as meditation teachers, have taught mindfulness and mediation programs in Victoria, BC and online since 2018 and will complete a two-year certification program in mindfulness meditation with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield in February 2021. We are co-owners of The You in You Consulting, Inc.

*This six-week program will satisfy their practicum requirement. A program evaluation will be distributed and a portion of the program will be recorded (audio only) to satisfy the practicum requirements.
