Shawn & Jeff are life partners who share this website under the name The YOU in You. We have a passion to be of service supporting others’ path to wellbeing, empowerment and agency.

We chose The YOU in You name in 2011 when Shawn began life coaching training and Jeff was a change management consultant. The name still resonate for each of us many years later.

Shawn & Jeff cultivate balance and wellbeing, and hold the potential for you to live what is possible in your life; bringing no agenda, instead walking alongside.  We invite you to navigate our About Me pages and explore how each of us use inquiry to work holistically with mind-body, heart and spirit to deepen our understanding of your unique journey.
