Learn how to live with active presence moment to moment. Join a diverse group of meditators on Tuesdays from September 10th through November 5th to enliven the body, heart and mind.
We’ve added two more classes, extending the session from 6 to 8 weeks. Each week builds on the previous week, so that your knowledge and practice deepens throughout. Each week we’ll explore a central question to foster presence and you are kindly invited to delve into these inquiries with us.
Week one we Pause to Be Present

Week two we explore Conscious Relaxing
How can we relax while being surrounded by busyness?
Week three we investigate Your Senses
How can our senses help us to feel more alive?
Week four, Friendliness, we bring attention to how we think about ourselves
How can friendliness and kindness toward our practice impact our lives?
Week five, Mindfulness of Breath connects us to all living things
How can mindfulness of breath open us to clarity, wisdom and responsiveness instead of reaction?
Week six, Calm and Ease, a tool to help us focus
Can you remain present while the mind is shifting states?
Week seven, Counting Breaths, to let go of control
Can we notice the breath with kindness?
Week eight, Deepening Focus
How can we notice silence in the breath and let it serve us?
