Group Meditation

Group mediation can be a powerful experience. It reinforces your intention to continue your daily practice, making you a more committed meditator and it's an opportunity to connect with others who share a passion for meditation. Each session is 45-minutes where we will explore a different type of meditation each week. Examples of the meditation types are: mantra, cultivating kindness, grounding, mindfulness and sound. We’ll conclude each session with an engaging discussion on the choices we can make for expanded awareness.

While in a supportive group environment, during each session we will:

  • Explore a type of meditation

  • Meditate together

  • Reflect on our expanded awareness

Dates/Time: Tuesdays, 5:30 - 6:15 p.m., February 19th – April 2nd. Feel free to arrive a few minutes early to settle in, get acquainted and have some tea.

Price: $40 for 7-week session; $8 drop-in
