Start the New Year off right, with a focus on you! Do you ever wonder how meditation can be applied to your everyday life? Join us over 4 weeks and participate in engaging practices grounded in meditation. Each week you’ll learn a practical and core technique that will bring the benefits of meditation into your everyday life. This is the perfect New Year’s resolution to give yourself the gift of increased joy, peace and mindfulness.

Each week we’ll:

  • Open with a meditation

  • Learn practices that can be used every day 

  •  Week 1: Communing 

  •  Week 2: Mindful Eating

  •  Week 3: Pause-Relax-Respond

  •  Week 4: Five Senses

·      Practice with others in a supportive environment

 Who should attend: Anyone! No experience necessary.
