Open with a meditation
Learn practices that can be used every day
Week 1: Communing
Week 2: Mindful Eating
Week 3: Pause-Relax-Respond
Week 4: Five Senses
· Practice with others in a supportive environment
Who should attend: Anyone! No experience necessary.
