June 14 - July 19
Group mediation can be a powerful experience. It reinforces your intention to start or continue a daily practice, making you a more committed meditator. You’ll benefit by getting deeper in touch with yourself, reducing your stress levels and improving your overall well-being. It's also an opportunity to share your experience with others who share a passion for meditation. Each session is 45-minutes with time for meditation, discussion and tea.
May 31 from 6-7pm
Meet certified meditation teachers Shawn & Jeff Holmes. Learn about the benefits of meditation, current research, common myths and practice a mindfulness meditation. All levels of experience are welcome.
April 9 - May 14
Come join us and explore the benefits of meditation! We are a friendly and diverse group of meditators who connect with our passion for mindfulness. You will explore various meditation practices and concepts such as pranayama, resting in awareness, your inner smile, and the differences between a formal and informal practice. These 45-minute sessions include a meditation, followed by an engaging discussion. All experience levels are welcome!
