Come join us and explore the benefits of meditation! We are a friendly and diverse group of meditators who connect with our passion for mindfulness. You will explore various meditation practices and concepts such as pranayama, resting in awareness, your inner smile, and the differences between a formal and informal practice. These 45-minute sessions include a meditation, followed by an engaging discussion.   • Share thoughts

Audience: All who are interested in exploring different meditation practices.

Price: $35 for 6-week session; $8 drop-in
