In this 45-minute group meditation session, we’ll introduce a different meditation practice each week. You’ll explore, mantra-based, guided meditation, breath-awareness, sound, walking, metta and forgiveness practices.  Group mediation can be powerful. It reinforces your intention to continue your daily practice. Group mediation can be a powerful experience. It reinforces your intention to continue your daily practice, making you a more committed meditator and it's an opportunity to connect with others who share a passion for meditation. Each session is 45-minutes where we will explore a different type of meditation each week. Examples of the meditation types are: mantra, cultivating kindness, grounding, mindfulness and sound. We’ll conclude each session with an engaging discussion on the choices we can make for expanded awareness.
